Quick Reference: Pet Policy

1. PetScreening Required

All applicants and residents must complete a PetScreening profile — whether you have pets, assistance animals, or no pets at all.

Pets: profile fee starts at $25 per pet
Assistance animals: no fee
No pets: free no-pet profile
PetScreening verifies documentation and provides a risk rating.

2. No Pet Deposits or Pet Fees

I don't charge:

• Pet deposits
• Pet fees
• Monthly pet rent

Instead, I require:

• A completed PetScreening profile
• Renters insurance with pet liability coverage

3. Renters Insurance Is Required for Everyone (regardless of pets)

All residents must carry renters insurance.
Pet owners must include animal liability coverage as part of their policy.
